Core exercises include a lot more than just crunches. The core muscles create a solid base for our body, allowing us to maintain correct posture and reduce strain on our spine.

 

 

Functional core training is about power, strength and stabilisation. Working on our core not only improves balance and functional movement, but next to a balanced diet it can help us to achieve that toned look as well.

 

 


Class booking & payments for online classes must be in advance.

You will receive an email confirmation with your booking order.

All class participants will receive a weblink (URL) This will contain the private link and password for the workout video. You can then use the video as many times as you like within a calendar month.
