We often underestimate how much we can do with just our body in a workout program.

The Home Calisthenics training involves a variety of bodyweight movements using no equipments. It uses multiple muscle groups at once, giving you a full body workout. You will build functional strength that you’ll actually use, helping you complete everyday activities easier.

It’s known to promote the growth of lean muscle mass while also helping increase endurance, strength, mobility, and flexibility and you will be also in low risk of injury due to no equipment involved.


Class booking & payments for online classes must be in advance.

You will receive an email confirmation with your booking order.

All class participants will receive a weblink (URL) This will contain the private link and password for the workout video. You can then use the video as many times as you like within a calendar month.
