I created this 30 day challenge to help you make healthier habits/choices in your life. There are a lot of factors impacting our wellbeing right now, and doing small, simple things can make a big difference.

DAY 1 – Drink a glass of water before each meal

Our body is made up to 60% water. Therefore it is very important to keep our bodies hydrated throughout the day.

• Drinking water before each meal can make you feel fuller so you will not consume more calories than what your body actually needs.

• Other benefits are improved skin and better immune system. Having enough water throughout each day is essential to maintaining good health and immunity. It can help flush out toxins, ward off illness and help us reset your system.

• By staying hydrated, you are also boosting your energy level. Dehydration can lead to fatigue because it impacts the flow of oxygen to the brain and causes your heart to work harder to pump oxygen to all your bodily organs.

Top tips to stay hydrated:

  • Drink a glass of water right when you wake up
  • Drink a glass of water about 30-minutes before each meal
  • Drink a glass of water right before bed
  • Before, after, and during exercise. Drink, drink, drink (:
  • Always have water on hand!
